Polework and Gymnastic Jumping with Sophie Minikin

On those cold, wet and dark evenings where better to train than in this fabulous indoor arena. The training will be a mix of polework and gymnastic jumping exercises. Please state in special requests if you would just like polework without jumping and this can be catered for. Times from 3/4pm into the evening. Please let me know when booking if you have any time constraints.

Groups of 3 or 4 for 60 mins £30 each

Private 30 mins £45 each
